变频控制式电缆卷筒相对传统恒力矩电机控制电缆卷筒，其变频器在闭环矢量下，选择开环转矩控制模式，
Compared to traditional cable drums controlled by constant torque motor, the frequency converter, which belongs to variable frequency control cable drums, could choose open loop torque control mode under the situation of close-loop vector.
并通过厚度积分计算电缆卷盘的实际卷径，准确控制电机的输出转矩，从而保证电缆在卷盘上卷绕时，根据卷绕半径变化而自动进行转矩的调整，保证电缆张力恒定，最大程度上保护电缆。
Besides, the frequency converter could calculate the real diameter of cable reels, control the output torque of motor accurately and automatically, so that keep constant cable tension when cables reel in/out. In this way to protect cables maximally.

变频控制式电缆卷筒性能特点：

2.无论在收缆、放缆，无论设备运行在轨道的任何位置，作用在电缆上的张力始终恒定，并且可通过变频器参数输入及控制柜面版旋钮操作，任意进行调整，最大限度地保护电缆，有效降低用户的使用维护成本；
Either cables reel in/out, or where the cable drums located on the track, the cable tension keeps unchanged. Furthermore, the tension could be adjusted via frequency converter and control panel, thus protect cables maximally and reduce maintenance cost effectively.
3.突破了磁滞式、力矩电机式等传统电缆卷筒设计上的瓶颈，不受电缆规格、卷绕长度、设备速度及安装高度等超常规格的限制，任何复杂工况的电缆卷筒均由一台功率不同的变频电动机驱动；
Compared with traditional cable drums, any complicated situation could be drived by a variable frequency motor with different power, regardless of the limitation of cable size, coiling length of drum, winding speed, the installation height etc.
